| i am now residing at www.boygirllove.blogspot.com come visit, i'm going to try to post there more often than i did here... love! | | |
| yesterday was the big day--the day that my husband's album was available in stores. and by in stores, i mean wal-mart, target, best buy, and hastings--the big names! this is huge people. and so so so exciting. i love this band! and i believe in their ministry and i love each of their hearts so much. seriously, to me this isn't just about my husband being in this amazing band. it's about the fact that i've been friends with this band (that happens to be amazing) from the onset of its conception. it was such a thrill to see the cd in wal-mart yesterday and remember back to freshman year and hanging out at u-turn while the boys practiced and wrote songs--before they were jackson waters. it's taken a lot of work and sacrifice over these past five years, in a sense this is just the beginning. but, i am so proud of these boys and this cd. i know that the Lord is going to use their songs for His glory. i'm just blessed to watch it all from the front row. good job boys!

| i don't really feel like i'm in school anymore, even though i technically am still taking correspondence courses. somehow i thought that procrastination was only a trait that affected my school assignments. i realized today that it is more of a trait that affects my everyday life, and especially my wedding. i am getting married in 10 days, well 9 since it's after midnight, and i have just now finished typing the rough draft of the ceremony program. tomorrow i will find someone, somewhere, who can print it. i have not written a single thank you note and my first, of four, shower was over two months ago. i have not purchased half of the decorations for the reception. i have not contacted the vendor who will be making our wedding favors. i spoke with the caterer for the first time last week. oh well, this won't be the last time i put something off... or the first time i get everything done in the nick of time... things i do have: dress, rings, marriage license, adoring fiance, reservations for wedding night and honeymoon... i think we'll be just fine. :) | | |
| we found a house.
